So glad I found this. My physical therapist recommended trying an ergonomic pillow and this one had great reviews. She was right - it's made such a difference! My neck pain has improved so much and I'm sleeping way better. The contour design really works. Highly recommend!
Oh my gosh where do I even start. I'm a mom of three and between carrying kids around, nursing the baby, and sleeping in weird positions I've had the worst neck and shoulder pain. Like I'm only 32 but I felt like I was 80 years old every morning. Saw this pillow had good reviews and figured why not. BEST DECISION EVER. The way it supports your neck is amazing. I didn't realize how badly I was sleeping before. Now I actually wake up refreshed instead of feeling like I got hit by a truck. My husband even commented that I seem less cranky in the mornings haha. The pillow is firm but in a good way. It doesn't go flat like regular pillows. The cover comes off for washing which is clutch with little kids. Honestly cannot recommend this enough. If you're a parent dealing with neck pain just get it. You won't regret it.

Work 12 hour night shifts in the ICU and my neck was destroyed from constantly looking down at patients and equipment. Got this pillow and it's been incredible. The cervical support helps me recover between shifts. The quality is excellent and the cover is easy to wash. Other nurses on my floor are getting them now. If you work in healthcare you need this!
